We enjoyed our visit to the Timpanogos Inn (Best Western). We appreciate JD and Katrina for their efforts to make our stay as welcome and comfortable as possible. And we appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of the lady who took care of and replenished the breakfast area so that we and others who came later could enjoy all that was offered for their morning meal. We appreciate the staff who maintained the halls, pools, and rooms; we appreciated the fresh towels, emptied trash bins, and extra soaps. We utilized the room amenities, AC/heater, in-cabinet mini-fridge, television, and pillows (a lifesaver for bouts of physical discomforts; thank you for the plethora of pillows). We enjoyed the clean environment and safety and security of the building; key cards worked great, parking lot was relatively clear of debris, and at night finely lit. Several places for any necessities that need be met were in close proximity to the hotel; walking distance. And the staff, again, were kind and attentive. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. Good value for the money. Quiet even though it is next to the freeway. Clean. The breakfast is an actual breakfast: eggs, sausage, waffles, baked goods, gravy and cereal. The gym is very small, but has a treadmill, so not bad.
My wife and I stayed here for two nights for a wedding and we had a nice stay the staff were friendly and kind and the breakfast was fantastic and the pool was nice. The rooms are nicely kept.
The room was great, the bathroom was a little small but the beds were clean and comfortable, the guy at the front desk was really nice. Definitely would stay again

Stayed here with my family and we had a great experience. The employees are friendly, breakfast was good and occasionally switched up, housekeeping came daily and they were really nice. The pool was a bit on the colder side but the jacuzzi felt great. Food places and store are conveniently close and walking distance. Right next to the freeway but didn’t hear it. Definitely recommend this place
The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner has a bit of a hard time keeping the room cool enough for us, but we do prefer pretty cool temperatures. The breakfast had decent variety and my husband and son opted to make waffles on the griddle. There was a bit of a wait for the waffle iron because there was only one, and it took 2-1/2 minutes for one waffle. The swimming pool was nice, and we enjoyed swimming for a while. The hot tub is perfect and it felt good to soak for a while to relax. My husband is a little taller and the water level only went to mid-chest on him, but he improvised. The pool deck had some puddles of water and the deck looked dirty where the water was. Overall, the hotel was nice, beds were soft and comfortable, the room was a good size and had a refrigerator in it, breakfast was good, and the amenities they provided were what we expected.
